Master Maché is concentrated, safe, and non-hazardous. Grey body, very strong and versatile. Can be used “neat” (as is) or with fillers up to 50% by volume including: plaster, chopped paper, gravel, dirt, sawdust, sand, cork, fibers, & more. (A heavier version of mache comparted to the aves paper mache)

Directions

Measure dry mache powder as needed into a bowl/bucket that is okay to get dirty. Mix mache powder with water to desired consistency. Optional: *Add fillers to wet mache up to 50% by volume if desired.

*Suggested mixing ratios (mache to water):
3:1 Batter-like for casting & molds
4:1 + 1 part filler, hand layup application

Set up time is about 2 hours. Full cure 1- 4 days depending on size & thickness of project. Allow product to dry slowly & evenly at room temperature away from heat until hardened.

Simple water clean-up. Finish and paint as desired.

*Keep out of reach of children. Safe for adults when used as directed. Wear goggles and dust mask when sanding cured mache. Keep unused mache closed and dry.

DANGER – contains crystalline silica known to be a human carcinogen via respiratory route. Applies only to the cured clay product when sanded or abraded in some manner to create airborne dust. Hazard Statements – H350 May cause cancer (inhalation of dust). H372 Causes damage to the lungs through prolonged and repeated exposure to dust.
